Orthoteny:

A brief description of Orthoteny and what I beleive to be its main benefits.

From the Greek adjective ‘Orthoteneis’ which means ‘Stretched in a Straight Line'. This ‘Straight-line Mystery’ was first discovered by the French Scientist, Ufologist Aime Michel. As I have already said please read his great book ‘ Flying Saucers and the Straight Line Mystery’ 1958...

Benefits:

If sighting can be seen to follow on one to the next by: time, date and or direction, then these sightings could be considered part of the same event. Such sightings once plotted on to a map might well form an alignment ‘Orthoteny’, a straight line and will probably fall on the World-Grid.

A simple visual example of a possible sequence of sightings. At first they all look different and unrelated until they are plotted and found to form a straight line.

Now this type of plotted UFO activity can give us several types of important information:

1] Each sighting on a straight line helps verify all of the sightings as being real. A collective event by something.

2] Sightings of this kind show us the World-Grid is in use and where the most active points could be

3] Shape Shifting. Sightings of craft might change one to the next. I. E the first sighting might be an Orb then the next along the line is a Saucer followed by a sighting of an actual ET-Being, then a red saucer and finally a Cigar-Mother-ship etc. This helps show possible craft shape shifting.

4] If all sightings are plotted and most fall on a grid, well then this shows us sightings that fall off of the grid. Theses sightings might be of the most interest. Sightings on the grid are most likely travelling along a flight-path, going to or from somewhere; while sightings off the grid have arrived at their destinations and are doing activities other than just travelling etc…

5] These off grid sightings might also be false sightings.

6] Most important benefit is that any Straight-Line-Collective-Event can be map-plotted and Geometrically studied.
